Absolutely not! Good Faith Home Buyers is a group of real estate investors that buys houses in neighborhoods just like yours from people like you. We’re NOT Realtors and we’re NOT associated with any real estate agency. We are not interested listing your house, we want to buy your house and may be able to do so immediately!

What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any Condition, any price range and any Location. Do you own a house that is trashed and needs thousands of dollars in repairs? Great, we buy houses that need major repairs and we buy houses that need no work at all. We buy houses with liens and judgments. We buy inherited houses, divorce houses, behind in payment houses, we will even buy my tenant won’t pay me the rent houses. We buy vacant houses, abandoned houses, condemned houses, and foreclosure houses. Large or small, we buy them all!

What do you mean by any condition? What if my house needs repairs?

We will buy your house as-is, it is just that simple. No need to clean it, and no need to haul away your stuff or junk. We find that we can usually get repairs done quicker and cheaper than most homeowners. Save your repair cash and end up with more cash once your house is sold!

Who buys houses for cash?

95 percent of buyers in today’s marketplace need to qualify for a loan first in order to buy a house. They have to get bank approval and the house needs to pass certain quality standards to be approved. Many times these loans fall through at the last minute and then you have to find a new buyer. This could take months or more eating away at your cash. Cash buyers have greater flexibility and do not have to answer to banks. Good Faith Home Buyers uses private funding, so we can close very quickly…sometimes in as little as 7 days. When comparing companies that buy houses in as-is condition, make sure you are dealing with a local and professional company with a proven track record of helping home sellers.

How much does your services cost?

Unlike Realtors, there is never a charge or commission when we buy your home! We take care of all repairs AND save you money spent on holding costs since we are able to close quickly without the need for banks and the hassles of appraisals and home inspections.

If I submit your Seller Questionnaire, when will I ever hear from you?

Is it better to call or contact you via your online Seller Questionnaire?

That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you if you complete our Seller Questionnaire first, then we can review your information, research your property, and then discuss all the details with you when we call. Since you are already here, Please take a moment to fill out our Seller Questionnaire now? We will be in touch ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours).

Who buys houses in as-is condition?

Most realtors will only list houses in good condition, since they know that most conventional buyers want a realtor to show them homes that they do not want to worry about the expense of doing repairs. If you want to sell in as-is condition to avoid the headaches and expense of doing the repairs yourself, you will want to work with someone who will buy your house for all cash. Cash buyers are not under scrutiny from a bank and will have more flexibility with buying your property if it needs repairs.
